These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dealio mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by The Dealio ("Dealio," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dealio. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Your account
You sign in using your phone number and one-time codes we send you. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Using the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Misrepresent your identity or attempt to redeem deals you aren't entitled to;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Copy, scrape, or resell any part of the Service or its content; or
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Deals and redemptions
Deals are offered by participating businesses, not by Dealio. Dealio provides the platform that lists those offers and lets you redeem them, but each business is responsible for the deals it offers and for honoring them. Deal terms — including availability, expiration, and whether an offer can be used once or repeatedly — are set by the business and shown with the deal. Deals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the deal or applicable law says otherwise. We may remove or change deals at any time.
User submissions
The Service may let you submit content, such as requests to add a business. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant Dealio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content to operate and improve the Service. You're responsible for what you submit, and we may review, moderate, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Referrals and rewards
We may offer referral and rewards features. Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We may withhold or revoke rewards we believe were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, and content we provide, is owned by Dealio or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that deals will be available, accurate, or honored, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your dealings with participating businesses are solely between you and the business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from any deal or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
