You can permanently delete your Dealio account and the personal data associated with it here — no app required.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and photo.
- Your sign-in access, saved sessions, and device push-notification tokens.
- Your referral code and any marketing or newsletter opt-ins.
What we keep
Deal redemption records are kept in anonymized form (no longer linked to any personal information) so participating businesses retain accurate statistics, and as required for legal and accounting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Verify it's you
To protect your account, we'll text a verification code to your phone number — the same way you sign in to the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Other ways to delete your account or data
- In the Dealio app: Profile → Delete Account.
- If you no longer have access to your phone number, email us at support@thedealio.org from any address and we'll verify your identity and process the deletion.
